Optimization of steps to develop the potential of non-primary exports in the Russian Federation

Abstract

This article analyzes the terms "strategy", "strategizing" and "export". Special attention is paid to the importance of strategic planning in the public sector and its impact on the export process. It also examines the classification of key categories of goods in the export structure and explains the differences between them. The concept of "re-export" is being analyzed in detail. The article examines the need for the formation of exports of domestic products and the role of government support in this process. Special attention is paid to the issues of product transportation and the description of the subsidy system, as well as the conclusion about the importance of national support for export activities. In addition, a detailed analysis of the activities of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, as well as statistics on non-primary foreign economic activity for 2022-2023, with a focus on stimulating non-primary exports and ways to develop them, is presented.
